Terms of use

1. The service

Trade Quote Pro is operated by Prestige PS Ltd, company number 14614744. It helps businesses prepare quotes, invoices and job records. Support: info@prestigepropertysolutions.co.uk.

2. Trial access

Trials are approved individually for the email address and end date agreed with the owner. Creating an account alone does not grant working access. No card is requested and no payment is taken for these trials. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions

An app subscription costs £7.99 per month including VAT and renews monthly until cancelled. You must separately choose to subscribe and complete Stripe checkout. No charge is made merely because you create an account or your trial ends. Cancel through Manage subscription in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact support with billing or refund queries. These arrangements do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Your account and records

Keep your sign-in details private and use accurate business details. Only enter information you are entitled to use. Use sample customer data during evaluation. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to store and process it to provide the requested service.

5. Check before sending

You are responsible for checking measurements, quantities, prices, VAT treatment, payment details and document wording before sending anything to a customer. Catalogue prices are editable reference values. The app is not accounting or tax advice. Optional CIS deductions and domestic reverse-charge VAT are calculated from the details and choices you enter. You must check the contractor-confirmed CIS rate, actual qualifying costs, VAT registrations and reverse-charge eligibility. VAT numbers are not automatically verified. One VAT treatment and rate apply to each invoice. Payments and refunds are manual records; verify them against your bank records.

6. Sending and payment tracking

PDFs and reminder messages are shared through your device. You select the recipient and complete sending. Recording Sent, Chased or Paid is a manual record; it does not deliver a message, collect money or verify a bank payment.

Customer approval links reveal the protected quote PDF to anyone holding the link. Share them only with the intended recipient. A recorded name and decision do not independently verify identity. Issued documents and financial entries are protected; corrections use a new quote revision or an invoice credit note. Keep downloaded backups private.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious material, attempt to access another account’s records or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect the service and its users.

8. Ending a trial

You can stop using the trial at any time or contact support to end it. When trial access ends, editing stops and saved-work export remains available for at least 90 days. We give at least 30 days’ notice before deleting trial records and will not shorten existing longer access arrangements without notice. Expiry does not automatically delete the account. Contact support for closure or deletion, and keep separate copies of documents and photos you need.

9. Trial limitations and support

The app is being tested and may change or be unavailable at times. Keep independent copies of important work and report problems. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Updates and privacy

We will explain material changes before applying new paid arrangements. Read the privacy notice for data handling and the items being finalised before commercial launch. The terms you put on your own customer quotes and invoices are separate from these app terms.
